Happiness begins here
My approach is grounded in genuine compassion, where you can share your experiences without fear of judgment. I strive to create a warm, relaxed environment where we can collaborate effectively.
Every client needs different support, therefore counselling consultations and programmes are always structured around the needs of the individual. I tailor the therapy for the client and not the client for the therapy. I believe there are many ways to help understand and explore the way we think and feel, for no one theory holds the answer as we are all unique. At the heart of my practice is the client and what works for them.

Frequently asked questions
We believe that every client deserves a personalized touch and an exceptional experience.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to have an initial chat and ensure that I can provide the support you need.
This is a chance for us to discuss your experiences, answer any questions you might have, and explore how we can work together.
Sessions cost £95 per 1hour session.
Our sessions will take place online via Zoom. This means that you can effectively have a therapy session from anywhere you can find a good internet connection and a quiet, confidential space.
You will need a laptop, computer or tablet with a camera and a microphone and a stable internet connection. It is essential that you are in a private space where you won’t be interrupted or overheard during the sessions.
Therapy works best when you are attending once per week. This keeps the momentum going and allows us to problem solve any difficulties quickly and effectively.
In my experience, people are usually feeling much better and ready to stop therapy anywhere from session 12 to session 20. This is a difficult question to answer though, as everyone is completely unique. Some people are ready to finish therapy before session 12, and some want to continue past 20 to explore further difficulties or just to stay on top of things.
